  • Do you offer payment plans?
I understand wanting to upgrade for more photos from your session. We can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment plans.
  • What is your photography/ editing style?
We offer a mix of posed and candid photography. . What does that mean? It means I don’t run around posing everyone the entire session, instead, I become part of your day, a quiet observer of things. I capture the real, the candid, the natural while also integrating posed moments effortlessly. My editing style varies based on wether you have a studio or outdoor session. In my portfolio, you will find various examples based on a client's specific wants and needs. I stay consistent with real life colors that pop just enough. I follow a systematic approach to ensure the highest quality output when editing images. First, I analyze each image to understand its potential and identify the best editing approach. Then, I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to adjust the color, contrast, exposure, and curve levels to enhance the image’s overall appearance. I also use various tools to remove any blemishes, stray hairs, or unwanted elements in the image while preserving the original features. Distracting items, such as cables, air conditioners, etc., will be removed. Backdrops will be smoothed out.
  • Do you require a deposit? Will I lose it if I have to reschedule?
A 50% retainer fee will secure your date. All retainer fees are non-refundable, but where possible, I am happy to reschedule. Your retainer goes toward your session total.
  • Do you edit every photo?
Yes, every photo you receive in your final gallery is hand-edited, individually, without batch-bulk groups or mass-producing the results. I do not use standard filters sold by 3rd parties. My expertise in editing programs allows me to create personalized editing techniques tailored to your needs and style of photos.
  • Do you offer products?
Yes, we do. You may choose between professional-grade prints, canvasses, fine art, albums, specialty products, calendar, mugs and so much more.
  • Do you edit imperfections/ photoshop per request?
This session is all about you and what you want out of it. I am all about body-positive images and natural look. I am an expert at posing you and ensuring we get your best angles. I am a pro when it comes to post-editing, allowing me to edit photos based on your requests. Don't be afraid to ask a little tuck here or there. If your makeup needs to be touched up and perfected, if you want your anything removed, enhanced, or smoothed out, I got you! Again, I am here to make this a memorable time in your life, and the goal is to have these photos bring a smile to your face for years to come. Typically skin is professionally retouched along with any tags, or anything that would not be there in a few weeks (such as acne, bruise, or eye circles).
  • Who owns the (C) Copyright of the photographs?
Copyright in the photographs remains with the photographer aka Sparkle Booth. You can use the photos on social media, non-commercial use. All the legalities are covered in my booking form. Use of images for commercial purposes will incur licensing fees. If you receive an inquiry to use the images for commercial purposes, i.e. a venue wants to use one of your wedding photos for their advertising, or blog, etc, please refer the inquiry to me so I can assist them. • Why should I hire you for my photography needs?
I am a published, certified photographer with 15 years of experience. You want someone who knows how to use the camera, who has the experience of taking photos in different light, different conditions, composing various shots, and executing it flawlessly. The camera doesn’t do this, the photographer does. I work both with and without professional lighting to deliver the best possible choices for you. With this, you get consistency, not one or two stunning photos, but an entire album worth. Your photographs will have both posed moments as well as action shots. You may have asked for some group photos and posed shots, you want to feel at ease, and a professional shall make you feel comfortable and natural, not stiff and awkward. These moments are part of your experience, so they should be fun and enjoyable. If you feel at ease, then this will show in your photos. Although the photo session for you ends after taking your photographs, for me, there is another portion of the process that will bring you the professional, high-quality images. I take your moments and perfect details with my editing techniques to bring out details or remove/ edit them. I will be there from the moment you book me until the moment I fulfill your order. You are providing access to guides and information designed to assist with many aspects of your session.
  • What type of gear do you use?
We use only professional gear to shoot images provided by Canon. All our bodies and lenses are engeneered for working in any weather situation and light condition. We use professional lighting and gear as well.
  • How long does it take to get my photos?
I know how excited you must be to see your photos and choose your favorites; I am too! Depending on the time of year, it can take a few weeks to edit fully and deliver your gallery. I edit each image individually rather than batch edit, which is time-consuming. I don't use filters as I strive to edit each gallery based on weather, location, and style. I strive to deliver quality work, and that takes some time. I offer rush service at an additional fee based on the number of photos chosen and my availability. Please be aware It can take up to 30 business days. FRESH 48: I try to get your images and video back within 48 hours. TEAMS/ EVENTS: I work with several sports teams, recitals, and students each season, and personalized options make processing times longer. You will receive your galleries within 5-10 weeks.

So, we suggest coming in to your image reveal with a loose idea of what you might want, while also being openminded to changing up what you had in mind!
